About the Project:

The company is among the top largest integrators of Bitrix24. In addition, it offers services for the implementation, support, and development of CRM systems, personal accounts, and mobile applications.

Client’s Needs:

The client initially reached out to us for a comprehensive website audit due to a significant decline in search traffic over several months, with no apparent cause identified.

Decrease in Traffic

Tasks:

• Identify and resolve the reasons for the traffic decline
• Increase traffic volume and impressions in Yandex and Google search engines
• Develop new landing pages and sections, as well as update existing ones

Result

We were able to identify and resolve a technical issue. During the comprehensive website audit, it was discovered that a mistake occurred during technical adjustments made by the developer, where the title tags were swapped with H1 tags, negatively impacting SEO.
